Charming finca in Tosalet – Javea

Spain, Costa Blanca, El Tosalet: This property is located near the center of Javea and is also just a stone’s throw from the old town and the beaches. Jávea itself is a small coastal town in the north of the Costa Blanca. All year round, Jávea boasts a very relaxed atmosphere, a variety of restaurants and the crystal-clear sea. Jávea is surrounded by the Comunidad Valenciano, closer to the province of Alicante and finally it belongs to the region of Marina Alta. The large city of Denia and the towns of Moraira and Altea are also nearby. The unique thing about Jávea is its multifaceted nature, because in addition to the long rocky and sandy beaches, the surrounding nature also scores points: Cabo de la Nao, Cap Negre, Cabo de San Antonio and Cap Martí are four promontories, each interesting in a different way. The “Montgó” mountain, which protects Jávea and also provides a connecting road to Denia, is considered the highest peak in the region with a height of more than 750 meters. Many visitors and locals refer to the mountain as the sleeping elephant. Alicante Airport (ALC) is approx. 90 km away and Valencia Airport (VLC) is approx. 115 km away. Thanks to the good highway connections, the airports can be reached by car in approx. 1 – 1.5 hours (depending on traffic). The well-known islands of Ibiza and Mallorca are only a few nautical miles away from Jávea’s port. There are also regular ferries from the neighboring town of Denia to the surrounding islands.
